A Work At Home Mom New Year Resolution

Yes, the new year. We all know what that means. A new year resolution. Are you already thinking of you?

Most of us all, so the answer is probably yes! Since we all work at home mom's, I would like to talk about the work at home business resolutions which I am sure we are all one or two things we would like to change this year. I know I lot. There are many things that you would like to do to a flying start your work at home. Or maybe even easier? Here are some ideas for the work at home mom's to do if you are not already doing so. "action" is, for example, tips on how to take action on your resolution.



The resolution:

I will promote my work at home more business online and off.



Action:

Offline: mention my business to at least one new potential customer per day, if you catalogues them.

Online: network more, the purchase of advertising space. (if you never bought online advertising, an annual spot is usually a great way to start and usually run around $ 10 - $ 70 if it is not usually the home page advertising, but a whole year of potential customers to see your ad is a great way to begin promoting yourself online)



The resolution:

I will continue my work in the home business and my time online and offline.



Action:

Many of us work at home mom who's online're not as organized when it comes to what we will do every day online. Working around the kids you might find that you either grab an hour here and there every day online and then jump when you get off the computer that you realized you might have a few e-mails answered and not much else. So far the networking and organizing your business that day just as you planned! So to ensure that your timemore sensible start with a timetable for the week. Writing down what you want to reach that day, so you can check it off and ga right to work on the next task immediately. I have a card with index cards, and I write all the sites I belong to that need passwords. Whether it's just a nice message board to which I belong, or my credit card sites, I have the user names and passwords handy to search for quickly if necessary. An index card file can be used for many more things, such as the list of customers, you can also write on the back there favorite product they buy, so you do not forget to mention that 'favorite lotion', 'Favorite coffee', 'favorite note paper "that they like to buy from you when you talk with them or send them a catalog.



Organizing your time online and offline:

Do you grab an hour here and there for an hour online that you've forgotten what you were trying to concentrate on? Maybe time slips away and you found your hours and hours online and now the appearance of your house is the price paid by high stone dishes and dirty laundry on the floor? Do you try and reply to e-mails with a baby or small child on your lap? All of the above? Yes, I can agree that! I've done it all. Working at home and a mother is another task themselves to imagine. You do not leave home and go to the worry about constant interruptions, home tasks, or a child wanting to climb on your lap as you try to work. The whole reason for working at home is a work at home mom right? Are our children when they need us, enjoy not with a boss and the only answer for ourselves if we do not get a job done every day, because we were busy with the kids or whatever. I love a work at home mother, but a successful work at home mother takes a little skill. You need a plan for your time. I like to work late into the evening, when the children to bed. This makes for a few hours to work without having to stop for other reasons. Save me the important things for that time. In the course of the day, I can catch up on e-mails, update a few things on my site smaller and faster and simpler tasks. This can work for you, or perhaps better early morning, or if children are in school and your school aged children. Regardless of the time that you know would be best for you to a few hours really works for your home based business. This is the answering e-mails, to flyers and made ready if you use them, updating your site, delivering orders, placing orders, mailing out packages, etc. If you can create a certain time each day for your work, I'm sure you'll find it much easier for more tasks each week and you can see the advantages. The same may go for housecleaning I wake up and start cleaning the house, so during the day should I do if I jumped online to answer e-mails I know that I have no other tasks waiting for me and it's ok if I Some business can get things done during my children nap.
